strange dream

Filed under: Dreams — Norm @ 3:09 pm

i dreamt about what my life would be like if everyone from my high school, including me, never went to college and/or moved away. it was very depressing. i was still with jen. we were living in a crappy apartment in new lenox. and i was convinced that the tv repairman (played by a young eric stoltz) was trying to kill us. jon was more depressed and grumpy than ever. but, there were some people (at one of which will probably read this) that it was nice to hang out with on a regular basis.

i am so glad that life did not turn out like that.

was it the guy or the neckless?

Filed under: Dreams — Norm @ 8:11 am

so, last night’s dream was a doozey! i was at a large house. in the dream it was my parents’ house, but it wasn’t really. it was totally one of those mcmansions. anyway, it was a BIG house. they were having work done (i think it was new carpeting and new floors and some painting). so, everything was everywhere. i was only making quick trips into the house to find specific things, i was looking for my neckless (which was one of those chime balls on a string of silk floss). next, i went in to find a book. next, i went in to find a piece of plastic that i thought i needed.

soon, some guy came to the house. he was all agitated and upset. he drank a lot of orange juice. i invited him into the house so that he could call someone. he kept demanding vast quantities of food. first it was an entire brick of cheese, then it was a whole loaf of bread. it was kinda outa control.

i am just left with this feeling of comfort from having been in that house again (which i have never seen before) and indignation from the way that guy was acting.

gonna be a weird day.

I had a weird one last night that I wanted to share. I was back in the dorms. There was one of those fancy cafeteria things going on at one of the other dorms. It was some French themed thing. The sign was CEQE or C.E.Q. This was supposed to mean something, like the letters stood for something French. I asked Anne, but she didn’t have any ideas.

Any help would be nice.
